Terms & Conditions

Orders:
1. To order, please leave a comment under the respective collection. Pretty Spells will acknowledge your order within a day. An invoice will be emailed to you. Please ensure accuracy of email address.
2. Your comment will be placed in a moderation queue and will not be published. Pretty Spells will post a comment acknowledging your comment and delete your comment thereafter.
3. Reservation or price haggling of item is strictly prohibited. Pretty Spells will not be responsible for any wrong orders made by buyer.

Payment:
4. Pretty Spells accepts modes of payment via iBanking, ATM transfers, and interbank transfers.
5. Please make payment within 24 hours upon receiving the invoice sent by Pretty Spells to the email address provided.
6. Pretty Spells will provide full refunds or allow exchanges for items that are sold out. Exchanges must be based on products of the same value or lower; unless topping up with extra charges.

Postage:
7. Pretty Spells will not be responsible for lost/damaged items through normal mail.
8. All items, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of standard normal mail for Singapore only. We recommend upgrading to Registered Postage to minimise loss/damage by topping up S$2.25.
9. Pretty Spells will mail out all items within TWO (2) days upon payment. Regular updates to buyers on the status of their orders are done via email.

Post-Purchase:
11. Please note that purchases made during our on-site events, such as flea markets, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Kindly check the the items that you are purchasing are within your acceptable terms. Requests for exchanges or refunds will not be allowed thereafter.
12. For online purchases, items have been checked for any defects or breakage and will be individually bubble wrapped and packed for postage. Utmost care and safety will be taken to reduce the possibility of harm to accessories. Purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Serious Dollars are available in denominations of S$10, S$20, and S$50.

Serious Dollars is a great way to provide as gifts for everyone. 
Serious Dollars may be combined, up to THREE (3) pieces per order. 
Serious Dollars can be used to purchase items listed online. 

Priority will be given to customers who use Serious Dollars for orders.

Upon receipt of your order, we will send the invoice to you.
If your Serious Dollars are meant as a gift, we can mail the gift card to your recipient.

Please note that postage is NOT PROVIDED for the purchase of Serious Dollars. 
S$0.50 surcharge is imposed for postage of Serious Dollars, regardless of quantity. Should you wish not to incur the surcharge, you can have them stored with us. 


Each Serious Dollars card comes with its unique code matched to each customer, you will be provided with your code per card for redemption. Redemption methods are the same whether your Serious Dollars are posted to you or stored with us.

Serious Dollars purchase is applicable under any prevailing discount schemes available, except postage surcharge. Upon use, discounts available at that time are also applicable, unless otherwise stated. Serious Dollars, once issued, are valid for SIX (6) months from date.

Terms of use of Serious Dollars are also provided upon purchase. Pretty Spells allows the flexible use of Serious Dollars, although subject to certain terms and conditions to prevent abuse and unfairness to other customers.
